Your business profile (company name, your name, industry, size and setup), your assessment answers and, if you request the full report, your work email and optional phone number.

How we use it

To calculate your IT Health Score, prepare your report and send it to you. If you give consent, Uniserve IT Solutions may contact you about your results and relevant IT services. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where it is stored

Your progress is saved in your browser so you can resume. Submitted assessments are stored securely by Uniserve IT Solutions and are not sold to third parties.

Visit statistics and cookies

We use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the IT Health Check is used, such as how many people start and finish the assessment, so we can improve it. They record the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your browser, operating system and device type.

Some of these services use cookies to recognise returning visitors, and visits to this site and uniserveit.com are measured together. They also receive your assessment progress and your answer choices, but not your name, company, email or phone number. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
